Decree No. 124 laying down the hunting calendar for the period 2003/2004.

Hunting is subjected to the possession of a special permit issued by the Hunting Federation of San Marino. Hunting shall be allowed from 7 September 2003 until 31 January 2004. Hunting shall be prohibited on Tuesdays and Fridays. Article 6 indicates the species that may be harvested as per specific periods. Article 7 establishes the total allowable catch. Article 20 sets forth the sanctions to be applied in case of infringement.
