Decree No. 51 introducing measures for the control of avian influenza.

The present Decree establishes the measures to be implemented in case of outbreak of avian influenza in holdings where poultry is bred. These measures shall not apply where avian influenza is detected in other birds. The Decree refers in particular to the measures laid down at the European Community level in Directive 92/40/EEC.
