Decree No. 52 introducing measures for the control of Newcastle disease.

The present Decree establishes particular preventive measures to be applied in order to control Newcastle disease. The Decree implements the provisions laid down in Directive 92/66/EEC, on the basis of Decision No. 1/94 adopted by the San Marino-European Community Cooperation Committee. These measures shall cover poultry, racing pigeons and other birds kept in captivity. If the disease is suspected, it shall be reported without any delay to the competent authority (art. 3).
