Decree No. 84 concerning the plan to monitor undesirable residues in live animals and in certain foodstuffs of animal origin.

This Decree establishes measures to control the substances and residues, referred to in Annex 1, in live animals and certain foodstuffs of animal origin. Article 4 defines the surveillance functions which are entrusted to the Veterinary Service. Checks shall be carried out without prior notice.
