Abstract
The Decree provides for the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2023/905 that prohibits the use of certain antimicrobial medicines in animals or animal products. It is fully adopted into San Marino law. The Decree provides for the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2022/1255 that designates specific antimicrobials or groups of antimicrobials for the treatment of certain infections in humans. It is also fully adopted into San Marino law.
