Abstract
This Decree lays down rules governing the breeding and keeping of live animal species pertaining to species listed in the Appendices to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. Prior authorization and registration are required as set out in article 2. Further provisions concern marking for identification of animals and penalties (art. 8).
