elegated Decree 29 March 2024 n.79: Provisions for the operation, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of high voltage electricity transmission networks in the territory for the purposes of their strengthening and rationalization.

This Delegated Decree lays down provisions concerning electricity transmission via High Voltage networks (hereinafter briefly HV) owned by foreign entities in the territory of the Republic of San Marino and for the related ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, to guarantee the supply of energy also through the strengthening and rationalization of the aforementioned networks. For these purposes the Decree introduces special disciplines governance and development, fiscal authorisations, aimed at guaranteeing a foreign entity owner of an HV energy transmission infrastructure in the Republic of San Marino, the exercise of HV energy transmission activities. The Autonomous State Company for Public Services is the manager of the distribution networks in Medium and Low Voltage as well as the only entity authorized to supply electricity to end customers on the basis of current legislation on the matter.
