Decree of the Supreme Council concerning trophies (No. 3 of 1969).

All persons in possession of trophies of prohibited animals prescribed in Schedule 3 the Law on Fauna (Hunting) and Forest Conservation shall take those trophies within fifteen days of the date of publication of this Decree to the nearest custom post. Before this date all trophies dealers shall obtain a licence in accordance with articles 37 and 38 of the Law and carry out their activities in conformity with provisions of the Law. This Decree prescribes also penalties in addition to article 66 of the law.
