Abstract
The Guidelines outline in detail requirements for the granting of licenses to Joint Ventures operating in the field of fishing and fish processing. The applicants shall submit a Joint Venture Operation Plan with the application for the licence (sect. 4). No applications will be accepted once the total catch by Somali fishermen and Joint Ventures has reached specified limits (sect. 5).
