Abstract
Its shall be prohibited for animals, i.e. camels, horses, bulls, cows, oxen, donkeys, sheep and goats, to enter, cross or graze in military zones. No person shall enter military zones without the authorization of the Ministry of Defence. Areas declared to be a military zone shall be properly fenced and signs indicating that entry is prohibited shall be placed at entrances. Offences and penalties are prescribed. Military courts shall have the competence to institute proceedings under this Law against offending persons. Where military courts are not present, other courts of justice shall be competent.
