Strategic Plan 2024-2028.

The Strategic Plan 2024–2028 aims to guide Somalia national socio-economic development. The Plan outlines a clear vision of achieving sustainable national planning and development, supported by a mission to lead and facilitate this through integrated planning, coordination, investment, and partnerships. The Strategy is structured around eight Key Result Areas (KRAs), including development planning, socio-economic growth, investment promotion, monitoring and evaluation, institutional capacity building, cross-cutting issues, resource mobilization, and poverty reduction. Each KRA is supported by specific objectives, strategies, and measurable indicators. It also emphasizes the importance of stakeholder engagement, both domestically and internationally, and aligns with global and regional development frameworks like the SDGs and Agenda 2063.
