Decision of the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of 15 October 2015 no. 6171/15 concerning the amendment of the Fish Inspection Tariffs Decree (S.B. 2008 no. 41).

This Ministerial Decision amends the Fisheries Inspection Fees Decree of 2008. Amendments comply with European Union standards and guidelines for exporting fish products. The Decision establishes proper functions of the Fisheries Inspection Institute and provides financial resources to carry out its statutory tasks, specifying tariffs for fish inspection, regardless of the inspection of the fishery product. The Decision replaces the annex on fees for inspection at landing or first sale and payment procedures.
