Decision of the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of 6 July 1992 implementing Article 17, paragraph 2 of the Sea Fisheries Decree 1980 (S.B. 1980 no. 144) containing general provisions regarding the granting of permits for 1992.

This Decision, implementing article 17 paragraph 2 of the Sea Fisheries Decree 1980, establishes general technical regulations for marine fishing activities and fishing authorisation and provides for: minimum water depth for catch of fin whale by trawlers; mesh size requirements for trawl nets for the catch of fin whale by trawlers; minimum water depth for shrimp trawling throughout the whole year; mandatory use of turtle excluder devices.
