Decision of the Ministers of Natural Resources and of Finance of 24 September 2004 establishing the value of the costs relating to the development of land granted under ground lease.

This Decision establishes the value of the costs for developing the state land for building and habitation, for agricultural or industrial purposes and for special purposes, in consideration of the high costs associated with the development, preparation for construction and/or planning of the state land to be issued. The Decision details costs for land situated in inhabited and uninhabited areas, land used for agricultural purposes and land designated for industrial purposes and located in inhabited areas.
