Abstract
This Ministerial Decision, based on provisions of articles 32, 38, 40, 41 and 42 of the Forest Management Act (1992), establishes tariffs and collection methods for retributions on timber, wood products and forest by-products obtained on state land. The Decision aims at generating public revenue from forest resources and at aligning payments with updated fiscal values of timber. The Decision provides retribution tariffs according to the different categories of wood and forest products and concerns classification of forest products and measurement and payment rules.
