Decree of the Minister of Natural Resources and the Minister of Finance No. 2275/0538 relative to determination of the method, measurement and weighing of and criteria and charges for the inspection of timber destined for exportation.

This Order concerns methods and way of measurement and weighing of timber destined for exportation, and rates of payment for such weighing and measurement as shall be carried out by public officers pursuant to the Timber Exportation Act 1950. The method of measurement shall be established by the Chief of National Forestry Management. The criteria for inspection shall be presented in writing to the Chief by timber purchasers, and if no criteria are presented the Chief shall establish the criteria. (1 article)
