Decree of the Minister of Natural Resources No. 213 of 2000 implementing comma 1 of section 21 of the Forestry Management Act 1992 relative to application for exploration permits and concessions.

This Decree establishes the procedures of application for an exploration permit in the sense of section 23 or a concession in the sense of section 25 of the Forestry Management Act 1992. The applicant shall fill out the form contained in the Schedule to this Decree and submit information specified in article 4. This information includes information regarding the financial capacity of the applicant, an overview of concessions or permits already in possession of the applicant, an inventory of equipment to be used for logging, etc, and a specification of technical capacity of the applicant. The application shall be made to the Chief National Forestry Management, but the Minister of Natural Resources may at any time require additional information of the applicant. (9 articles)
