Decree of the Minister of Natural Resources No. 214 of 2000 implementing comma 3 of section 17 of the Forestry Management Act 1992 relative to transfer of an exploration permit and concession.

This Decree establishes criteria for the approval of transfer of exploration permit in the sense of section 23 or a concession in the sense of section 25 of the Forestry Management Act 1992. Sections 17, 21 and 29 of the Act shall be observed. Article 3 concerns the procedure of application for transfer of a concession or permit. Approval shall be granted by the competent authority (not defined). Article 5 defines the grounds on which an application shall be rejected. The new concession holder or holder of a permit shall continue the concession or exploration at the same terms and for the same period as its predecessor. An adjustment in the operational plan may be required by the competent authority.
