Decree of the Minister of Natural Resources No. 215 of 2000 implementing comma 3 of section 17 of the Forestry Management Act 1992 relative to charges on the transfer of an exploitation permit and concession.

This Decree establishes rates of the charge on transfer of a forestry concession (at two hundred percent of the yearly charge due for the right of concession) and the transfer of an exploration right (being equal to the rate of the yearly charge for an exploration right). The charge on the transfer shall be paid to the Central Collection Office before transfer takes places.
