Decree of the State making further provision with respect to the negative list in the sense of the Decree of State placing restrictions on the importation and exportation of goods.

Importers and exporters of goods that are not mentioned in article 2, comma 1 and 2, article 3, comma 1 and 2 Decree of the State placing restrictions on the importation and exportation of goods (Decree Negative List) shall before they actually import or export such goods, submit to the Department of External Trade and Exchange of the Ministry of Trade and Industry invoice and bill of lading for registration. Article 2 of the Decree Negative List prohibits importation of specified goods, but certain exemptions may be obtained, whereas article 3 requires a permit for the exportation or importation of goods specified in it.
