This Guide explains the steps in the process an applicant must take to obtain an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), before carrying out an environmental project. The Guide describes the procedures to be carried out to ensure compliance with the Environmental Framework Law, and the different steps to be implemented by the environmental authority.
