Abstract
This Decree, implementing article 6, paragraph 3 of the Decree on Principles of Land Policy of 1982 and Article 14, paragraph 2 of the Decree on the Issuance of State Land of 1982, provides for granting state land in ground lease, lease, or use for: construction and habitation of preferably not smaller than 350 m²; agricultural purposes; industrial purposes; business purposes other than those mentioned; special purposes. The Decree also concerns: leasehold fee for the use of the state land ceded under lease; reduction of the ground lease fee depending on the purpose of the lease; specific fees for land used for livestock farming and fishing purposes.
