Order containing rules relative to the establishment of the Land Office.

This Decree of the President establishes a land Office, which shall provide advice to the Minister in matters of land development and land in the public domain. The Office shall also approve agreements regarding any (use of) land, if approval of the Minister is not required. The Decree sets out the procedures for such approval. The approval procedure seeks to protect smallholders against dominant positions.
