Abstract
This Order establishes the procedures and conditions for the allocation of lands of the Public Domains in specified estuarine management areas. No land near to large rivers (500 m.) and smaller rivers (200 m.) in protected forests or protection forest shall be allocated and no water may be extracted or polluted in estuarine swamps.
