Abstract
This Order contains rules for the carrying out of internal health controls. It consists of 13 articles divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions (1); establishment of a multidisciplinary team (2); Identification of critical points (3); Methods of supervision and control (4); Investigation into values of the internal control systems (5).
Installations (for the processing of fish) shall carry out internal health control in accordance with principles set out in article 1. The critical points methods HACCP is prescribed. A multidisciplinary team shall be created in each installation in accordance with article 2. Chapter 3 concerns the identification of critical points. For internal control purposes a program shall be established in which measurement of each critical point shall be registered and its conformity with established values.
