Abstract
This Order, in order to guarantee food safety and comply with parameter standards of the European Community Directive 98/83/EC, concerns quality requirements for process water, intended as all water used untreated or after treatment for washing and manufacturing fishery products intended for human consumption. The Order specifies that process water is clean if it does not contain parasites or other substances in concentrations that pose a risk to public health. The Order includes: quality requirements and values; monitoring the quality of process water; sampling and analysis.
