Public Domain Decree (No. 125 of 1981).

This Decree contains rule regarding land that is abandoned or unoccupied. The President may, by Resolution, declare such land to be part of the free public domain. The Decree sets out the procedure for incorporating the land in the public domain, including a procedure to launch a complaint against a Resolation with Appeal Court of Justice. Such complaint may result in a compensation for the holder of rights regarding the land.
