State Decree of 26 November 2024, amending the Land Conversion Decree 2023 (S.B. 2023 no. 159) for the implementation of Article 13, paragraph 4 of the Decree on the Issuance of State Land (S.B. 1982 no. 11 as last amended by S.B. 2017 no. 85).

This Decree amends the Land Conversion Decree 2023. Amendments concern: land allocation intended for the commercial practice of agriculture, horticulture, livestock farming and fisheries; allocation intended for the establishment and operation of enterprises that manufacture products from semi-finished products and raw materials; allocation intended for the establishment and operation of small and medium-sized enterprises for the provision of services and the manufacture of products primarily intended for the local market; replacement of paragraph 2 regarding eligibility of state land; definition of conversion value.
