Abstract
This Decree approves the Agreement Phytosanitary regime to be established between the Republic of Cape Verde and the Democratic Republic of Sao Tomé e Príncipe. This bilateral Agreement, signed in Sao Tomé at 5 April 2010, and consisting of 9 articles and 1 Table, aims at establishing the legal regime and the harmonised phytosanitary regulations to be applied to plant products for commercial and non-commercial purposes in order to avoid the introduction of plant pests and diseases originated from the one of the countries.
