Abstract
This Decree approves the bilateral Agreement on Cargo Navigation (and other topics such as:, Cultural Cooperation, Commercial Cooperation, Mail and Telecommunications and others), between the Republic of Cape Verde and the Democratic Republic of Sao Tomé e Príncipe. This bilateral Agreement, signed in Sao Tomé on 19 December 1976, and consisting of 17 articles, aims at establishing the mutual agreement to promote and simplify administrative proceedings of cargo navigation to be applied between the two countries.
