Decision No. 5/2004 creating the Reform Committee on Energy Sector.

This Decision, consisting of 7 articles, creates the Reform Committee on Energy, which aims at regulating development activities related to production, transport, distribution and supply of electric energy. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to design and implement the necessary reforms, according to the National policy on energy established by the Government, which will be supervised by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Energy and Environment.
