Abstract
This Decision approves new model forms for different certification with navigation purposes, such as: Coasting vessels; inshore fishing or local traffic; Minimum Safe Capacity; Registration; Temporary Register; Safety of High Speed ​​Craft; Safety of Equipment for Cargo Ships; Safety and Maritime Certificate; etc. These certification will be issued by the Maritime and Harbour Institute of Sao Tomé e Príncipe (IMAP-STP).
