Decree-Law No. 10/2025 approving the Internal Regulations of the Obô de São Tomé Natural Park.

This Decree-Law approves the Internal Regulations of the Obô de São Tomé Natural Park. The purpose of this Regulation is to define the rules for the use and operation of the Obô de São Tomé Natural Park, referred to as PNOST, which must be applied in harmony with Law No. 5/2001 of 4 September (Forestry Law), Law No. 6/2006 of 13 June (Obô de São Tomé Natural Park Law) and Law No. 11/1999 of 15 April (Fauna, Flora and Protected Areas Conservation Law), covering all persons who wish to: Enjoy the landscape and ecological values of the PNOST; Develop other activities in the PNOST, in particular for work or scientific study purposes. The PNOST is public and aims to: Preservation, conservation and defense of São Tomé's forest ecosystems; Safeguarding threatened animal and plant species and habitats; Defense and promotion of traditional activities and ways of life of local populations that do not harm the ecological heritage.
