Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 12 articles, establishes licensing requirements for forest wood imports. It specifies the terms and conditions to be satisfied for obtaining an authorization for forest tree imports, which shall be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development.
