Decree-Law No. 32/88 establishing the State land use.

This Decree-Law establishes the State land use. It is divided into 6 articles listing as follows the different authorized uses that may be done of lands pertaining to the State. Contracts must not exceed the duration of 100 years. State-owned land can be used for: (a) urbanization; (b) agriculture; (c) industry; (d) exploitation of hydraulic mineral resources; (e) recreation; (f) infrastructure systems and other uses.
