Abstract
This Decree is composed of five articles and one Annex. It institutes the National Oil Agency (ANP-STP), as the body in charge for regulating oil industry according to guidelines defined by the National Oil Council. The Annex, composed of eight Chapters divided in 26 articles, provides the Statute of ANP-STP). It defines its mission, legal nature, internal structure and organization.
