Decree No. 21/94 establishing the requirements to be satisfied by Medium-Agricultural Farms.

This Decree establishes the requirements to be satisfied by agricultural farms applying in order to be considered as Medium-Agricultural Farms (i.e. the agricultural land extension must be between 10 hectars and 50 hectars). It consists of 2 chapters establishing classification criteria and request to be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Controls on exploitation shall be carried out by the competent service during the first 5 years of farm concession.
