Decree No. 23/2020 creating the Project Coordination Unit to Support the Commercialization, Agricultural Productivity and Nutrition of the Project COMPRAM - UCP.

This Decree creates the Project Coordination Unit, (UCP) under the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development. CPU aims at: a) Organizing element of all the operational provisions provided for and detailed in the implementation manuals; b) Implementing administrative, accounting, financial and purchasing procedures; c) Monitoring, evaluation, communication and knowledge management; d) The reference point for documenting the performance results and the impact analysis in relation to the Project's development objective and the strategic objectives defined in the Country's agricultural development strategy. UCP will ensure the functions of management, administration, accounting, planning and follow-up assessment, as well as the specific technical functions necessary for performance and the fulfillment of the project's objectives.
