Abstract
This Regulation is divided into 5 Chapters, 46 articles and 1 annex: Preliminary provisions (Chap. I); Classification procedure (II); Land selection procedure (III); Final provisions (IV); Classification system for agricultural lands to be distributed (V); Inscription and Cadastral Number (annex).
Article 1 establishes 2 methods of assignment: (a) the individual method, that consists of a single portion of cultivable land, exploited directly or indirectly by a worker for self-sustenance; (b) the family method, that consists of a parcel formed by contiguous lands equalling the sum of the individual plots to be exploited by the labour of the whole family.
