Abstract
This Law establishes the Legislative Authorization for the Government to legislate on Measures to be adopted to encourage local production; measures that are friendly to the environment and public health; the payment of accumulated tax debts; relief measures in the taxation of small local businesses and measures that allow for the introduction of some adjustments and greater justice with regard to the taxation of income of natural persons.
