Order No. 11/2012 creating the National Committee for Monitoring Activities related to the National Strategy and Plan of Action for Biodiversity Protection.

This Order, consisting of 3 articles, creates the National Committee for Monitoring Activities related to the National Strategy and Plan of Action for Biodiversity Protection. It defines composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, entitled to: assess any activity to be implemented in order to update the National Strategy and Plan of Action related to Biodiversity; supervise the process of collection and treatment of data on biodiversity on the field as well as in different sectors of central and local administrations; organize workshops and define topics to be developed; organize sensitisation activities on the field and within the National communication entities; analyse and validate documents produced in the context of the above mentioned National Strategy and Plan of Action updating.
