Resolution No. 33/2021 authorizing direct adjustment for the conclusion of contracts with medium and large agricultural companies holding Provisional Land Titles.

This Resolution authorizes the direct adjustment for the conclusion of land concession contracts to all Medium and Large Entrepreneurs, holding Provisional Land Titles of Medium and Large Enterprises, issued by 12 May 2021. The State Heritage Directorate, the Directorate of Agriculture and Rural Development through the Department of Land Affairs and other institutions that may have some implication in this matter, are responsible to undertake to clarify any conflict situations that may exist in relation to the Provisional Possession Titles of agricultural land of medium and large enterprises issued and related land, prior to the conclusion of the Concession Contracts.
