Decree No. 1138 of 1965 regarding the Statute of the High Council of Aquatic Animals.

This Decree is composed of 15 articles. Planning the State policy for the conservation, protection and development of aquatic animals resources, as well as the preparation of the regulations for fishing, fishermen prohibited and allowed fishing gear and methods (art. 3). Formation and competence of the two Committees for fresh water and marine water (arts. 5-8).
