Abstract
The Directorates of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform in the following Syrian cities (Damascus, Homs, Aleppo, etc) are required to comply with the instructions given hereby on the issuing of fishing permits. The instrucitons also prescribe requirements for fishing vessel permits, as well as for off-shore fishermen, the status of files and records of vessels and and fishermen, the validity and renewal of permits, and the conveyance of ownership.

For the purpose of applying the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 30 of 1965, this Instruction refers in particular to articles 13, 25, 54(d) and Table 1 annexed to the said Decree.
