Legislative Decree No. 152 of 1970 regulating hunting.

This Decree is composed of 8 Chapters divided into 38 articles and 3 Indexes. Chapter I deals with hunting methods and gear. Chapter II defines hunting seasons. Chapter III contains general provisions. Chapter IV provides for licenses. Chapter V decrees the establishment of the Hunting Council. Chapter VI addresses Hunting Branch councils. Chapter VII and VIII contain offences and penalties as well as concluding provisions. Index I contains the list of prohibited birds to be hunted all the year. Index II contains the list of allowed birds to be hunted all the year. The list of prey birds, ferocity animals and dangerous bird for agriculture allowed to be hunted all the year is provided for ion Index III.
