Abstract
This Law is composed of 7 Parts divided into 115 articles. Part I deals with forests and forest products. Part II provides for State Forests (exploitation of forests, trade and transportation of forest products, exploitation rights and licences). Part III concerns with the management and exploitation of private forests. Part IV deals with the creation of prevention zones. Part V relates to demarcation and boundaries of private forests. Part VI addresses the forest protection. Part VII contains penalties and liability.
