Legislative Decree No.42 of 2005 on Environmental Protection Fee.

This Decree consisting of 5 articles establishes an annual fee, called the Environmental Protection Fee, imposed on all tourist vehicles, medium and large passenger vehicles, transport and cargo vehicles, work vehicles, locomotives, agricultural vehicles, general and private motorbikes. The fee shall be collected by the Department of Transport when the vehicle is registered or renewed.
