Marine Public Property Law of 2001.

This Law consists of 7 Chapters divided into 39 articles. Chapter I defines marine public properties, their juridical position. Chapter II deals with rights of occupation and exploitation of marine public properties. Chapter III lays down requirements and conditions for the issuance of licences to occupy and carry out tourist, social and economic projects. Chapter IV provides for requirements and conditions necessary for the exploitation of marine public properties. Offences and Penalties are contained in Chapters V and VI. Chapter VII contains general provisions. The Minister of Transport shall issue implementing instructions for this Law according to the proposal of the Harbours General Department.
