Memorandum of Understanding between Syria and Cuba in the field of environment.

The two Countries have agreed on the following: (a) to develop and increase the cooperation between both Parts in the field of environment as well as to exchange information and experts and carry out joint studies; (b) to establish the Joint Committee in order to define the cooperation programme and its execution. The two Parts will lay down joint work programmes and indicate the financial resources. This Agreement is valid for 5 years, renewable.
