Resolution No. 1002/WLA amending Resolution No. 1881/W of 1979.

This Resolution composed of 4 articles. Establishing the number of working hours for trawl fishing vessels operating in the Syrian territorial waters from 5 o'clock in the morning to 8 o'clock in the evening as well as the prohibition of fishing for these vessels in depth less than 25 metres (art. 1). The mesh of trawl nets must not be less than 18 mm (art. 2). Amending the First Article of Resolution 188 of 1979 as the following : prohibition of marine fishing by trawl nets from 1 May to 30 September of every year (art. 3).
